Just like any other hair removal method, shaving has some side effects that you have to watch out for. When you shave in the wrong way, and when your razor has dull blades, then these situations will lead to unwanted circumstances. This will present as a mild rash after two to four days, and will gradually disappear. It can be very itchy, and will be reddish in appearance. There are times that this irritation, also called razor burn will be accompanied by razor bumps. These often happen to those who have sensitive skin, and when this is not taken care of properly, it will result to skin infections. To avoid these problems, use a good razor with a sharp blade, moisturize your skin and then shave properly.

Side effects of shaving can definitely be avoided, and when you do the tips stated above, you will be able to do so. Your skin will end up smooth, without the undesirable side effects.
