Everyone who shaves their face will have close encounters with ingrown hairs. They can be in the form of bumps that are located just below the chin. This makes shaving a difficult task to complete. They can ruin your skin and cause other superficial problems.
If you don't know what these hairs are, to keep it simple, it is a pimple that is caused by a hair which grows back towards your skin. If you often shave hair in a particular spot on your body then you increase your chances of getting ingrown hairs or razor rashes.

Some people have hairs that will grow in weird positions under the skin, but these can be fixed easily. If you should notice that the hair is between the bulges of the skin pimple then you can fish it free with tweezers. If the skin has grown on top of the hair then it may be harder to get it out. There isn't much you can do but wait for Mother Nature to heal the hair and the bump. Your body can heal this type of issue in a couple of days and afterward you can pull it out or move it to a better position.
If you want to keep away from these hair complications then you really need to shave in the right direction and pay close attention to your skin.
